Recycle Management, LLC sends customer-care SMS/MMS messages only to individuals who have initiated a vehicle quote request or contacted Recycle Management about selling a vehicle and have separately agreed to receive text messages.

Messages may include confirmation that a vehicle request was received; questions needed to evaluate the vehicle; requests for vehicle photographs or ownership documents; secure document-signing links; updates about the requested vehicle quote; vehicle pickup scheduling; and payment-status updates.

This SMS program does not send advertising, promotional, or marketing messages.

Message frequency varies based on the customer’s request and replies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After opting out, no additional messages will be sent through this program unless the customer provides new consent.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of requesting a vehicle quote, selling a vehicle, or purchasing goods or services.
